Wonderful experience. Me and family went to get NICOP renewed. The staff was so helpful, articulate and respectful that we were pleasantly shocked. I recommend everyone to go to RAI consultants for any consulate service. They take the NICOP picture at the spot and fill out the forms for you. We chose to pick up our cards from them instead of our suite delivery. In less than 2 weeks, we received phone call from a professionally speaking lady who notified us that our cards are ready for pick up. Next day, we went and picked up in no time. Mind you, there is a fee for their service which is quite nominal. Worth every penny when you compare the drive and terrible Pakistan consulate service in Vaughan. Well done RAI staff.
