Imran Jafari founded RAI Consultants in 2005 after having served at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto for over 6 years. He brings his experience of more than 20 years in providing customized solutions to the community. He has worked closely with many Consul Generals/High Commissioners to fulfil the travel documentation needs of the community.
Zia Ali has been with the team since 2005, and while looking after the administration, he also oversees operations and aims to improve the customer experience. Mr. Ali has over 15 years of experience in hiring, training and supervising staff to ensure that customer service standards are upheld at the highest level.
Zafar Raza has been with the team since 2010, and while looking after marketing, online operations, he also maintains customer satisfaction. Mr. Raza’s vast experience with technology allows him to continuously advance our systems in delivering excellent solutions to the community’s various documentation needs.
